• The level of the application design, has been based on the temporal methodology TOOM and external CASE tools.

• The DELTA application utilizes the temporal object definition and temporal object query languages (TODL, TOQL), developed inside the TOOBIS project.

• The application is build on top of the underlying TOODBMS.
