Distribution
DELTA customers can be small neighborhood shops, or big Super Market chains. New customers may be added to the DELTA market and also customers can be lost.
Every day, distributor trucks are loaded with products for the next day deliveries, which start at 5:00 a.m.
Each customer defines a point of a Route, which is served by only one distributor.
The distributor is an independent driver or company, having a contract with DELTA. The distributor’s revenue is based on a predefined percentage of the route’s revenue.
